These TV trays really are a great, great buy. They are extrememly high quality, heavy, real wood items. They look really awesome and have a wonderful smooth finish. The neutral colouring means they will look good in almost any kitchen or living room. The trays themselves come already assembled and the hanging rack took only five minutes to put together.When in use they arent in the slightest bit wobbly and have enought room to hold a large plate - drink, tablewear and condiments. When not in use the whole set is so compact it really doesnt take up much room at all. These are so nice that even if you dont use them too often I actually thing they add a decorative improvement to the kitchen! If this set were $100 I would not thing them overpriced so at $32.00 it really is a steal!

I ordered a set of these tray tables as a gift, and was quite happy with how sturdy and useful they were. However, two of the tables were made of wood with very large knots that had simply been filled with wood glue and sanded down before being lacquered or whatever. Another was smeared with streaks of glue. I was a bit ashamed to be giving this flawed gift, but returning them would have been a huge hassel: The box weighed like 35 pounds and the nearest Target store is hours from where I live. (Even then, in the past I haven't been able to return items ordered online to Target stores, anyway.)You might want to go to the store and check out the actual merchandise you're buying, rather than ordering online.

When I got married in 2002,we had these on our wedding gift list. We got them and use them almost everyday. They are really great quality, and they are really strong. I have used them to hold my laptop, to hold my sewing machine, eat dinner while watching TV, paint. They are really very nice, and they hold up well over time. Be sure to wash them off daily or after use or they will hold stains. (Just a warning!)
