Chairs are well made and easy to put together however don't believe the instructions! They say the screws are in the bag with the hex wrench however, they are screwed into the pieces already and you have to remove them prior to building.

This is a great chair. I bought two to use one as a computer chair. it is very comfortable and easy to assemble. When i opened the box i went on looking for the screws with no luck. There was a note saying your "screws is in this bag" but the bag was empty. I had to call them only to find out they're screwed in the chair and you need to unscrew them first. The leather are nice and easy to clean. I'm Happy!!

We ordered two of these chairs for our office reception area. They came well packaged and on time. I found that as long as I followed the instructions and didn't try to just slap things together, the chairs were easy to assemble. 10 to 15 minutes per chair. You may have to exert some pressure to get the pieces to align, but this is mainly due to the padding on the chair parts. Once together they are sturdy and look nice. Not as shiny as in the picture, but look like leather. They are also slightly narrow. For the price we are pleased with the purchase, and if you are going to this kind of look, you can buy with confidence.
