Product Description
Relaxation is serious business. Serious comfort is what the brooks collection offers in this substantially sized upholstered seating group. Channel-tufted, bonded leather covers the pillow arms, overstuffed cushions and is offered in a stylist red. The unique feature of this collection is the wide chaise that extends from the sectional sofa. The coordinating ottoman (9739red-4, sold seperately) tucks neatly into the face of the sofa, effectively extending your lounging space. Dark brown bonded leather cover (9379) is also available.

I had some very particular needs when ordering this couch. Need the chaise on the right side, wanted rounded arms, leather and RED. It is very comfortable and so far durable (I have 6 small dogs). I wanted something we could all stretch out on. It is relativly light wieght so it was easy to get into the house and to set up.The cons and the only reason it's not getting 5 stars. The delivery time was slower than estimated at purchase but faster than they confirmed by phone. The legs are plastic and are stored in a hiddem compartment in the underside of the couch section. There is NO paperwork that comes with the sectional at all and nothing that states this. Even after calling both Amazon and the delivery service that the legs were missing no once mentioned this. I finally reached the manufacturer, they told me (in a sort "well duh" way) how to find the legs. Once you find the legs nothing indicates where they go. There are 9 (the chaise gets 5). We figured that out after hearing a small crack when sitting on it and figuring out the extra piece wasn't just a "spare". The holes are nor clearly marked and the screws almost impossible to put in with the tool supplied. We had to use TWO of our own allen wrenches to get them on, since both screws need to be put in at the same time. This was not a user friendly engineering design.All in all I am happy with my purchase any complaints are about communication and customer service, which sadly may be the norm. But I am happy with the product.
