THIS ITEM CAME VERY QUICK..EXTREMELY EASY TO ASSEMBLE..VERY COMFORTABLE....HIGHLY WORTH IT FOR THE VALUE!!!.THERE CUSTOMER SRVICE IS EXCELLENT..VERY FIRM..WE WILL RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY ..YOU CAN NOT GO WRONG!!

I purchased the Bobkona Poundex BenfordCollection Bonded Leather Chaise Sofa, 2-Piece , in Dark Chocolate. I loved the price on this sectional!!! It was only $632.76!! I was very happy with the price and previous reviews.What I didn't realize is that, the couch was going to be so low/short. I should've viewed that when reading the dimensions (that's my error). I also noticed that after I put it together, the back couch part is not even with the back of the chaise! The legs were not labeled but a friend suggested I switch them around. I haven't tried that yet, but I will in a few days. I'm just kinda irritated cause I really wanted the couch to be like the picture, EVEN! This couch needs to be taller/higher but I love the leather and it came with the five throw pillows. I love the pillows! If I can solve my uneven backs, I will change my rating. I realize its a toss up buying furniture online, but I'm an Amazon junkie!!! I just ordered a beautiful TV stand as well, so one issue will not stop me from ordering from Amazon. Look for my update if the solution works!!

I got this couch for $640. Try and find another couch like this for that price, and you will be searching for something that doesn't exist. Flat out one of the best purchases I have ever made.The couch is very large, The back of the couch is very low, as pictured, so if you need a lot of back support, I would look elsewhere. I love the low back with the armrests because I can lay my head in the side corners and it is very comfy.The comfort of this couch is average. It is a little firm, but I like my couch that way. I don't like sinking into things and not being able to get up easily. I fell asleep on this couch every night for the first week (unintentionally) straight. To me that is a definite sign this couch is comfortable.The material feels much cheaper than leather, but LOOKS just like leather. The material scratches very easily, but like I said for the price there is absolutely no complaining allowed. This is by far some of the best money I've ever spent.This unit is my centerpiece for my living room. I get compliments all the time. The color is dark and rich. Assembly took about 2 hours with one person. Time would be cut in half with an additional person.Overall, WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Anyone looking for a great couch at a GREAT price.
