I seriously couldn't give this a low enough rating. First off it's not what I expected. Secondly it took FARRR too long to get here and in the mean time I had to go out and buy a rocking chair/ottoman set. By the time I had to go buy my other one the order had gone through and was too late to cancel my order and still would take days to get to me. When I opened the box to get the return info there was nothing but the product- which by the way isn't great or nearly worth as much as I paid- and a slip of paper with no info on it. I called the seller who informed me it would take 2-4 business days to EMAIL me the return instructions and never once did the seller tell me about their return policies. I asked to speak to a manager because I was leaving town and wanted to make sure the package got back to the seller safely and in a timely manner as I didn't know their return policies and it had already taken weeks since the order date to get to me. When I got the manager "Lucy A." she said she would send me an email with the info. Never once did she mention the return requirements. She was more concerned with getting me off the phone asap. Unhappy with this experience and still not having the return info I turned to Amazon Customer Service for help. I spoke to the nicest lady who informed me of the seller's return policies- one of them being an extensive restocking fee- the other being you have to pay for the "free shipping" it took for them to send you the product. I figured I would have to pay return shipping which I was fully prepared for- but I never thought I would have to pay for the "free shipping" and on top of that to restock the product for that much money! I paid $151 and I won't even be getting 1/2 of that in my return. This was a complete NIGHTMARE of an experience. So much so that I don't even want to use Amazon anymore because of shady sellers like this! Don't waste your time dealing with the hassle and don't waste your money on a product and cheap looking as this!
